information is collected when a candidate registers on to the Candidate
Register and when they submit a request for further information regarding
vacancies.
Business
information is collected when an employer registers onto the Employers
Register and when they submit vacancies for publication on to the Recruitment
Register.

Personal
information collected from a candidate is password protected and can only be
accessed by:

Candidate for checking and updating details; and

and directors of Action Resources Ltd with specific system
authorisation
to access the information for checking and updating details and for the
purpose of selection using the criteria given by prospective employers.
No
personal information will be disclosed to a prospective employer without the
express permission of the candidate. Where a vacancy arises that might suit
the candidate we will always contact the candidate before submitting any
details to the employer.

maintain Client confidentiality, no extra business information will be
disclosed to a potential candidate without the express permission of the
employer. Where a vacancy arises we will always check with the employer how
much extra information we can disclose about the vacancy and about the
organisation.
