Two official Show catalogues - the Earls Court Show of October 1953 and the Commercial Show of September 1956
Two complete black and white printed Show Catalogues - originally sold for two shillings and sixpence each (12.5 pence today) - and including the hallmark bookmarks of the time, an RAC Patrolman for the 492-page 1953 document and "India Tyres" in the 1956 480-page commercial motor-vehicle version.
Somewhat faded and have suffered from a small amount of dampness but contain fold-out exhibition floor plans and constitute wonderful reference sources - where else can you ascertain that the Jowett Javelin was priced at £625 plus 261 pounds, ten shillings and tenpence purchase tax or check the specification of a '56 Dennis Heron Goods Chassis?
