Janet’s entire career has been in personnel and training
management within a number of private sector and not-for-profit organisations.
For some years she has lectured in a range of management subjects and she is regarded as
an accomplished trainer and mentor of
people at work, with a reputation for competency-based development and performance management.
Janet has a deep-rooted understanding of National
Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and also advises schools and educational
institutions as to how they might achieve their targets.
Janet holds a degree from University College, London, in Economics
and has a Diploma in Personnel Management.
