Action Resources' Managing Director, Roger Phillips, commenting on
the launch of "The Motorsport Network" at AUTOSPORT INTERNATIONAL
2001:
"The whole philosophy behind our new
on-line Recruitment Register dedicated to the Motorsport Industry is to
encourage new entrants to the UK motorsport sector. I know from my long
commercial and industrial experience that sectors which insist on recruiting
from within - old wine in new bottles - simply stagnate and wither on the vine.
This is a bold move to assist the British Motorsport Industry in welcoming new
talent (with the right qualifications) from outside."
"THE MOTORSPORT NETWORK" comprises:
Action Resources' Stand (CIM15) at Autosport International proved a
huge success - assisted by public interest in autograph signing sessions by
JAMIE DAVIES and TOM FERRIER.
We expect that up to 600 cv's or resume's will
have been received; fourteen drivers registered their interest in Action
Resources' driver management programmes; and five potential joint-marketing
arrangements are under discussion - all as a direct result of Action Resources
Ltd's participation at the Show. Altogether around 1,600 Action resources
leaflets were distributed.
